Every project begins with clarity and intention, guided from first conversation through installation.
We begin with a brief email exchange followed by a complimentary 15-minute call to confirm budget range, scope, and timeline alignment.
An on-site visit allows for a thoughtful evaluation of the space, including surface conditions, scale, placement, and logistical considerations. Creative direction is discussed with the decision-maker. This visit includes the development of a high-level concept direction and is applied toward the overall project.
Based on the site visit, a small set of distinct concept directions is developed. One direction is selected and refined before proceeding.
With concept direction approved, we issue the agreement and collect the design deposit to secure the project and begin scheduling.
Final design details are confirmed, mural dates are scheduled, and materials are selected. A production payment is collected prior
to painting.
The mural is completed on the scheduled dates with care and precision. A walkthrough is conducted upon completion.
The remaining balance is due within 30 days of project completion. At this stage, the space is fully realized and ready to be experienced.
The process is intentionally structured to provide clarity while allowing room for collaboration. Each project is approached individually, with equal attention to creative vision and practical considerations.
